The hotel is super clean and beautifully decorated, making for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The staff, particularly Vanessa at the front desk, is thoughtful, kind, and goes out of their way to ensure a perfect stay. The hotel is conveniently located close to the center of town, yet situated on a quiet and peaceful cul-de-sac. The gardens surrounding the hotel are lovely and perfect for a peaceful walk.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this venue. The location close to the center of town and the tram station made it very convenient for us to explore the city. The surrounding area may appear dimly lit, but it did not pose any issues for us.
